Applications of BBa_K592018
This year we iGEM15_NJAU_China constructed red light sensor [BBa_K1649002] and have used BBa_K592018, the very important component of this sensor. The sequence analysis on the web documents "185bp of the sequence reads contradict the part sequence 311bp of the part were beyond the range of the sequence reads", While our sequencing result of this part is bases are all covered.
